We do not offer refunds or returns for any purchases. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Exchange Policy for Damaged Goods
We only offer exchanges in case of damaged goods. To be eligible for an exchange:

You must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage.

The video should be clear and recorded from the moment you open the package, without any cuts or edits.

The request for an exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
If your exchange request meets the above conditions, we will provide a replacement for the damaged product.
